These large A9 size note cards are 8.5"x5.5" (folded size) and are printed on lightly textured, bright white, acid-free, heavy-weight fine art paper using pigment based inks (similar to oil or acrylic paints). This produces soft rich images with great depth and detail. The paper was also selected for its wonderful feel, since cards are handled, even though these are suitable for framing.
Printing is done in my Anchorage, Alaska studio using today's highest quality large format photographic inkjet printers (no "desktop" printers here). We produce these art cards in small quantities, with attention to every detail. They are folded by hand, packaged with matching envelopes, and are available in collections of ten cards each. These cards look great in an 8"x10" frame to place on desk and table tops, or to create groups of framed images on the wall.
The front of each card is printed with a photograph from my extensive landscape and wildlife collection. The back is printed with a small black and white version of the image' captioned with information about the subject or location of the original photograph. The photographs on each card are also available as 25" art posters printed on lustre-surfaced photographic paper.
